A traditional method blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, hand harvested and aged around six months on the lees. Bright and elegant, showing pineapple, grapefruit and orchard fruit over a gentle biscuity note, fresh and balanced with a hint of apricot on the finish. Pairs beautifully with shellfish, sushi or light dishes, or as an
