Barbados 23 Year Old 2000 Thompson Bros AvallenBarbados 23 Year Old 2000 Thompson Bros 48. 5% 70cl A beautiful pot and column distilled Barbados rum, selected and bottled by Thompson Bros. The label displays artwork by KK Hiroshima. Nose: Chamomile, Eucalyptus oil, herbaceous with notes of rosemary and a little menthol. Palate: Farmyard notes with more mint from the nose. Really funky with over ripe fruit, balanced by tobacco and olive brine. Finish: Farm and funk with ginger cake and cloves.

This fully sherry-matured release of the Longrow 18 Year Old combines sweet honey notes with an earthy peat influence reminiscent of dunnage warehouses

Nose: Rich Autumnal red and black berries

FIVE gains a smooth fruit twist when we add a hint of barley spirit from our unique Penderyn still

a lingering and mellow aftertaste with a few nice twist of cinnamon and dry cocoa notes

Palate: On the front of the palate comes honey and creamy toffee

peach and pineapple with spices and a little smoke like notes take the palate to a superbly fruity mellow and sweet spiced finish that liners on the palate

Palate: Rich creamy textured and bursting with flavour to the front of the palate with Grape and vanilla like notes
