with indigenous yeast
The schioppettino grapes which make this RiNera grow in two one-hectare vineyards owned by Ronchi di Cialla
This is a beautifully focused
oceanic finish
with 18 months on lees
wild yeast-fermented and aged for 9 months in old French oak
