Produced in small batches using indigenous Palestinian white grape varieties and locally sourced green aniseed, every bottle reflects the rich distilling heritage of the Levant and a commitment to authenticity. The spirit is triple distilled in traditional Arabian alembic stills before maturing for at least 12 months,
