Expert advice on colour schemes and latest decorating ideas
General Painting & Decorating also offer premium and reliable domestic painting services including new homes, contemporary, period homes and historical restorations. We also offer special finishes such as marbling and undertake projects of all types of exterior and interior surfaces, utilising the latest techniques and decorating ideas whilst using only the highest quality paint and materials.
Rooms and areas to be painted are scheduled with the customer, furniture is moved and protected, wall and ceiling fixtures are removed and floors are suitably covered.
Walls are often lightly sanded, gaps in trim are caulked, whilst holes and cracks in the walls are filled where needed. We also seal any stains such as watermarks and washing is carried out as and where required.
Depending on the surface, paint is applied with a roller, sprayer or brush. Clean cut lines between trim & walls are guaranteed and only premium quality paints are used by General Painting & Decorating.
We do of course arrange the furniture back to the original positions as well as your fixtures and fittings. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept and garbage is removed, leaving your home as good as new.
Once complete, we insist upon a close inspection to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly and that our customers are 100% satisfied.
